This is a box type top border page. I made old fashioned swag/drape for this page.
It was needed to add a CSS code just before the body tag. This forces the browser to repeat the design right across the page regardless of the size of screen resolution. So I added css code in this page. Lot of line break tags required in this page to adjust the title image.
