Required to make one border image for left side and mirror image of the same border for the right side to make double bordered background. I've added two blank.gif files on both side so that page should look alright.

Asked to add a title graphic and at least 3 matching linked buttons. So I made welcome image which matches with border images and like wise made divider and three matching navigation button.
